'08-'09 Calendar of Events

SEPTEMBER           7th Annual Wine & Bubbly
Thursday the 4th              At the home of Sarah Woody, Orange
6:30 p.m.                            Raise a glass for Alpha Chi! Bring a bottle of your favorite to share and an AXO sister to kick off the ’08-’09 year!
                                             Philanthropy: Contribute an item for DOD’s wine themed auction basket for EK’s 40th Anniversary Gala.

OCTOBER               EK’s 40th Anniversary Celebration
Fri-Sun, the 17th-19th     CSU Fullerton, Epsilon Kappa House & Fullerton Marriott, Fullerton
Various times                    Celebrate Epsilon Kappa’s 40th year at Cal State Fullerton with a weekend full of sisterhood and reunion events!
                                              Philanthropy: We’re raising funds to endow a graduate scholarship for EK Alumnae though the AXΩ Foundation.

DECEMBER             Holiday Party
Friday the 5th                    At the home of Valerie Welham, Yorba Linda
6:30 p.m.                            ‘Tis the season for good eats and good cheer. Bring your favorite holiday appetizer or dessert for the buffet.
                                             Philanthropy: Bring an unwrapped gift for the victims of domestic violence at the Women’s Transitional Living Ctr.

FEBRUARY              Culture, Cocktails & Cuisine
Sunday the 7th                  Lola Gaspar & Grand Central Art Center, Santa Ana
5:30 p.m.                            We’ll enjoy a great dinner, new art exhibits, shopping and live music in the heart of Santa Ana’s Artist Village.
                                             Philanthropy: Share the gift of art! Donate art and craft supplies for the women and children at the WTLC.

MARCH                   SoCal Province Day
Sunday the 1st                  Cal State Fullerton's Titan Student Union   
10:00 a.m.                          Celebrate Hera Day with SoCal Alpha Chi collegians and alums and participate in the Career/Networking Series.
                                             Philanthropy: Sponsor a collegian to attend! Contact DeltaOmegaDelta@hotmail.com for ways to give.

APRIL                      Fabulous Floral Park
Sunday the 26th           Memphis Café & Floral Park, Santa Ana
10:30 a.m.                          Alpha Chi sisters and guests are invited to brunch and a tour of vintage homes in Santa Ana's historic Floral Park. 
                                             Philanthropy: 15 percent of the ticket price for the Tour benefits Santa Ana non-profit organizations and causes.

MAY                        Hall of Commitment
Sunday the 3rd                 Epsilon Kappa House, Fullerton
1:00 p.m.                            Join us for song, ceremony and a reception to welcome a new generation of Alpha Chi’s to a lifetime of sisterhood.
