April 2009 - Fabulous Floral Park
In April, DOD members and guests enjoyed a lovely spring day day at “Fabulous Floral Park.” We began the morning with brunch and mimosas at Memphis Café in historic Downtown Santa Ana.
The main event was the annual Floral Park Home and Garden Tour. Floral Park is an historic neighborhood in Santa Ana with the some of the most gorgeous vintage homes you’ve ever seen. The architecture and history of the neighborhood were absolutely stunning.

March 2009 - SoCal Province & Career Day
What an experience! So Cal Province & Career Day 2009 made history this week as it became the largest attended Alpha Chi event of its kind in California history! More than 400 women attended. It was a full day of events for collegians and alumnae. Collegians participated in a Career Day track that included multiple breakout sessions and lunch with alumnae in their chosen field. Alumnae participated in the Foundation Reception, luncheon, and a State of the Fraternity address. Attendees were also fortunate to witness the 25-, 60-, and 75-year pinnings of four fabulous alumnae. They included two of our own, Robyn Yarbrough and Dee Maxson. We were very fortunate that our event was attended by Marcia King Grady, the Alpha Chi Omega National President, and Cheri O'Neill, the Executive Director of the AXO Foundation.
February 2009 - Cocktails, Culture & Cuisine
Delta Omega Delta members celebrated McDowell Month by attending CSUF's Grand Central Art Center 10th Anniversary Exhibition at the Santa Ana’s Artists Village. We dined at Lola Gaspar, a hip Spanish restaurant, and then walked across the picturesque courtyard to take in an eclectic mix of contemporary art ranging from paintings and sculpture to multi-media installations. We capped off the evening with dessert and some shopping shopping at the boutiques and street vendors! Click here to view more photos from the February event!

December 2008 - Holiday Party
The annual holiday gathering was held at Val Welham's home in Yorba Linda in early December. An intimate group of Alpha Chi's from various collegiate chapters joined in the festivites. Sisters swapped stories and enjoyed delicious muchies everyone brought to share. DOD members brought gifts for the residents of the Women's Transitional Living Center in Fullerton.

Saturday started with an Epsilon Kappa House Tour and ended with the swanky soiree - the Alpha Chi Through the Years Gala. We ended the weekend with the Farewell Brunch at the Fullerton Marriott. We can't wait to meet again in 2018 to celebrate 50 wonderful years!
